Description: UltraECL Western Blot Detection Reagents can be sensitive to detect the target proteins in sample base on the chemiluminescence reaction, which is catalyze by HRP on secondary antibody. UltraECL Western Blot Reagents are produced from the new era enhanced chemiluminescence substrate and make some important improvement. It is low background, steady and more sensitive than common ECL agents. Because the reaction is catalyzing by HRP and produce the fluorescence, it can be expose d on X ray film or detect directly by luminometer or CCD.
